They were released. But they were so lol that most of them were just used for fun dark scroll booming. Then potential came out..and a moment of silence was made in honor of the skirts that were carelessly lost....

I personally got 41 pair of stirgeman pants from my iTCG cards (3 cases worth of that set). I never once got a female equip. Hell, my Blaze wizard has 12 porcupines from that set (that's when they stopped using the 3 character prefix code for pets. Major pisser). I am still sitting on two full stacks of Ridley's Scroll of Defense. There is simply no way that in the roughly 1000 codes I entered that I could not have received a Skirt.
