Yeah, just throw money at the problem, that'll sure as hell fix it. :|
Both LHC and ToT don't have MDs.
BB didn't fix lack of VIABLE high level zones and the fact that LHC outright destroys everything in the game at a certain threshold, which is how Maple was Pre-BB, kinda defeated the purpose in itself.
