That is unacceptable to the fullest!

And California always has some form of shut down government every year because effing Sacramento could NEVER make up their minds on a proper budget. So, I'm not as worried, but still am because this is on a much greater scale.

I'm starting to think the USA needs some version of California's Prop 25 (the pay loss, NOT the voting change)
