I don't know if it's April fools (evolving ring II problems today)

This has been confirmed by people on basil (or sparkle as it's known today):

At least 20 people tried to upgrade their rings today and found out they couldn't myself included.

Anyone else notice this?

And is nexon actually trying to play a joke on us?
