On the completely rational hand, these are hardly the most substantial hacks we have ever seen. :[ I don't understand how this means Maple has finally hit the shitter when in the past we have had exploits that endangered accounts (I think there was a compromise issue at one point with the website), mass duping... Now, the economy may be in the shitter, but is that really anything new?

I do think NEXON has taken on a few too many games recently (with too little staff) as I do remember when we would see the "SO-AND-SO has been banned" notices from GMs periodically during the day. That was nice; perhaps not totally effective, but it at least reassured the players. Wish they would bring that kind of habit back.
