Democracy in Egypt or islamic take over?

Ugh, the interpretations of the human masses is just too vast. About 60% of this thread is bickering, 20% misleading, and 20% actual content. Maybe 10%.

Good to be informed though, which I haven't been doing enough of as of late.

Equal rights would mean the updating of Islam, which is not going to happen.

Ironically, before Islam was recognized, women had it even worse: they were property.
