Nexon Mobile Brings Popular Dungeon Fighter Online Franchise to the iOS Mobile Platfo

A review from another forum has this to say:

So apparently, there is a DFO Slayer edition for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch out now. It is single player and a lot more story-centric than the MMO.

The player is a slayer named Baron who rescued Marie, his sister, from the GBL. The GBL was doing some experiments on her because she had this certain energy within her that they needed. Also, the mother of Baron and Marie is working for the GBL. The father, a pretty badass slayer, secretly helped the siblings escape, but remains behind with the GBL to avoid suspicion (kind of weird since he killed a bunch of them in the process of helping his kids escape, but I suppose he just framed his son...). Meanwhile, these kids make their way to Bel Myre and meet a whole bunch of people and have an adventure and etc.

Honestly, when I played it, I was really interested in the story, but the gameplay and controls were so terrible. The game is pretty much the PC MMO, but on an iDevice instead. As a result, the large amounts of windows (inventory, equipment, stats, etc.) in the PC MMO are accessed in a terrible way: a single window with small buttons to switch between each PC MMO window. iPhone games should not have this massive amount of information for the player. It just clutters the screen. Also, every button is extremely small and hard to press. It's kind of annoying to be trying to slash a goblin while facing the wrong way, with a "turn around so my attack actually hits the bastard" button that I can't press. Yes, the movement arrows really are that small.

There are quests, recipes, upgrade machine, and all of that good stuff in the PC MMO. They are accessed the SAME WAY as the PC MMO as well. This means, to buy a new hat, I have to

1. be RIGHT next to the NPC
2. tap the "talk" button
3. tap the "purchase equipment" button
4. tap the hat I want to buy
5. tap the "confirm purchase" button
6. press the back button about 6 times to get out of this retarded NPC menu
7. press the "menu" button
8. press the "next window" button about 3 times to access my equipment menu
9. tap the new hat and hope I didn't buy the hat that is about 30 levels above me on accident
10. realize I DID buy the wrong hat and repeat steps 1-9 until I get the right hat
11. find a better hat dropped by a goblin in the next dungeon I do
12. exit and delete DFO Slayer edition from my iPhone

Can anyone else see what is wrong here?

TLDR; There is an iPhone version of DFO and the controls make me want to shoot the people who ported this piece of crap. This game is DEFINITELY not recommended.
