A friend is questioning whether he should get it (late since he knows it's useless) and wants to know how it works. I don't have a bowmaster and most people think vengeance is crap so i figured SP could help.
1) Is the 500% damage reflective? Is the damage dealt based on the damage you receive or is it based on your damage range?
2) Does it activate with a miss or only when taking damage? It would sure make "Dodge" more useful.
3) Does it have a hidden cooldown or is it like power guard? The skill doesn't mention anything about a cooldown but for it to have such large range and damage it seems a bit broken when it does activate.
