Someone sold advanced, portalble SAMs to Gadhafi's Regime

Russia has always been willing to sell to anyone who is willing to pay. Much of the Russian governments cash flow comes from such sales. I would not be surprised to find out that Russia had in fact sold Libya those items. As for the question of if this could turn into a large scale war, in short, no. At worst it could turn into another Iraq scenario.
