US Soldiers Pose With Dead Civilian Corpses

The educational systems has rules it must abide by as well. Individuals who break those rules are responsible.

This doesnt refute the fact that the Geneva Convention makes commanding officers responsible.
But do any rules declare a teacher or other official responsible for the actions of the students?
