US Soldiers Pose With Dead Civilian Corpses

To anyone who feels like answering, do you think anything drastic will happen as a result of this? Perhaps policy reformation or a change in military recruitment?

If anything at all happens, the soldier/soldiers involved will be court martialed and probably dishonorably discharged. I doubt anything beyond that will happen. The president may send an apology to the family of the dead person, but that is about it. Unless the opposing government demands more.
