Nexon didn't come out with macros and pets to even out legit people and hackers. They were just made to make things easier for everyone; to make the game more enjoyable and less work. That's why we have macros, 2x card, auto hp/mp, and pet loots. Nexon isn't trying to get us as close to hacking as possible; they're trying to make the game more fun than work.
And no, any kind of botting is against the rules, but that doesn't stop HS mules now does it? Using a controller to get FM spots is no different than using a HS mule. Trying to fight against people who do this is a losing battle. You don't really need a thread to convince everyone that botting is against the ToS because everyone already knows it is. It's whether they choose to obey the rules or not.

You're confusing being illegit and hacking. Would you call someone who puts something heavy on their HS button a hacker? If putting something heavy on a button is considered hacking; then wow, hacking is way easier than I thought it would be. FM botters are not hackers, but they are people who break the ToS. If you really knew how to do it; then you'd see it's just taking a HS mule to the next level.
