I still think its not as simple as this. If b or c acts as a rusher, then one of them will get less exp then the other two. These calculations are only based on them both equally attacking or dealing as much damage.
But say b and c only acted rushers for A who mobb 4 at a time, and already killed off say 50-75% of its hp, then b and c come in, to help kill it off before rushing more again, b and c would be losing out even though they are killing the mobs off faster.
