Ha, he understands it like the Republican congressmen understand it - a useful way of avoiding explaining the grounds for your opinion.

Unless he starts posting specific sections and quotes from the Constitution, I'll continue to believe that he uses "unconstitutional" as a synonym for "bad", and nothing more. It's not a huge document - and very little is applicable to the President's actions. Shouldn't be hard for him to be more specific.
