Because no other President has in our history has EVER broken the constitution, right?

Something I always agreed with from Thomas Jefferson,
"The constitution should have had an expiration date." He coined "Tyranny of Generations" for a reason. He feared that due to a lack of expiration date on the constitution, future generations would have to obey an Archaic document that would not help solve their problems, since the constitution was made specially to solve their problems at that specific time. And by recent events from the past 100 years, I would think he was right.
Constitution is going to be broken by whatever any president does at the present or future. And maybe its not a totally evil thing now.
