I see myself likely taking out Panpour for a much better Water-type in the future, not sure what, though. Out of what I have so far, it's hard to really imagine what I might want to take out in the future. Lillipup seems like a total bro for life, but I'm not sure if he'll eventually stop being as useful as he is now.
Your guys need some grindan. Grind on the neo chanseys, mine are all 18~20, and I have 5 atm.
