I'm neutral on this, since from my own personal experiences (of playing 3 seperate Clerics).. HA seems to be more useful as a LUKless Cleric because you'll inflict more damage with it, however, when you get SR, not like it matters. HA is only fun for shooting to KB and what-not. That and looks cool, but it's uses are rather limited.
As a Cleric, you'll be with a Spearman/DK and mostly casting MG+Invincible+Bless and spamming Heal most of the time anyways. -shrugs- I see very little use for Holy Arrow, but it has more of a use if you're a damage-whoring LUKless Cleric. >_> So it's not obsolete, but it's uses are too limited to make it useful.
