Why did such basass armor appear in Megaman Command Mission?

I find it funny you point out a horrible plot when megaman games don't have much of a plot to begin with. Command Mission was an awesome game. Megaman's head in that form is ridiculously large though. Zero's absolute form reminds me more of Shademan than Bass.
