Chaos change to Shadow Partner

I was under the same impression, since the balance changes kept coming until Chaos was 'set free'. And I'm assuming we won't have TT at 280% for like, a month before it gets buffed again to 345%. Seems far more likely that Restructuring=Chaos.

I doubt we'll get TT at anything higher than 294ish%, which is what it is in KMS right now.
