What are they doing all that time?
We know they're not banning hackers.
We know they're not banning scammers.
We know they don't respond to "alert GM" clicks, desperate Smegas, or any other attempt to attract their attention to immediate problems.
We know they are not getting to know what's going on in the game, because issues that most all players are aware of (either bugs in the game or things like ks-ing/hacking guilds) are completely unknown to Nexon.
So, what are they logged in for, if in fact they are? AFK in a shop?

1. They're actually monitoring the game. If you actually paid attention to other forums, you'd know that many "hackers" actually get permabanned from being spotted by a Game Master.
2. Yes they are.
3. Scamming doesn't warrant a ban. It's pure idiocy.
4. The reason why "Alert GM" doesn't get responded is because with so many players, many of them could be false positives and having to look into each and every case of a report would take a long time. They probably would only notice if it's constantly being reported by at least 20+ players.
