Most of the GMs hired are not qualified as community liaisons, they're silent and invisible, or maybe work on support tickets. Whether Nexon should hire more people to talk to the players.. probably.

But still, it'd be so nice if more GMs were patrolling or had a way to zoom through maps so action can be taken faster. Some hackers don't get iced for days.
