Although mid tier is still good in more casual gaming environments, but when garbage tier is still nearly unusable in a more casual playing environment then we have a problem.
Well, it was mostly because there is usually a trend in the character's prowress if there were prequels/previous versions of the same game title.
Example: Always expect small speedy characters to be top tier, big characters to be bad, and weird/unsual characters to not be very high tiered.
