Computer now refuses to boot.

I was working on my java program for class and suddenly I got a weird blue screen that decided to make a thousand crash dump logs before I manually shut it off, but now it won't boot back up.


After the bios screen, it just shows a white highlighter blinking infinitely like, similar to the screen when you open up CMD and it says C>etc/etc...etc> _

But it's just the _ that's there, and it's blinking.

Wat2do, how2fix.
