Why bother? It's not like anyone cares. It's already been ruled unconstitutional and likely to be removed or changed.
We already know you don't like it. Nitpicking it won't accomplish anything but kicking a dead horse and this isn't the angry dome.
More second hand feedback on what the effects "may" be certainly don't interest me. If you want to tell me something, tell me something constructive about how it can be made to work, effectively.
