Had to make all the objects one by one, by drawing, stretching, cutting, recolouring, combining, rebuilding others, like a gigantic recycling project for many hours :o
These objects look like map objects, but needed to have a more cartoonish look to fit the World Map style.
Took me close to 10 hours to make all that.
