Of course you can always take the other route, and instead of putting in PP, you can get shield mastery?
i thought we were actually talking about the usefulness of pp which everyone agreed was hardly any use at all. my point wasn't so much to convince others to choose chakra but more so to say that pp is just useless after 4th job and with that said people can choose what they want accordingly.
