adding skills to meso explosion was originally for BOSS. who the hell bombs while training, the coin damage isnt even worth mentioning. your right that meso explosion is no longer used for bossing with the addition of apples, but what else is there to put points in? exactly. im positive it wont take me up to 13x for my bot to outdamage "a concentrated pp + mesos bomb attack" especially with the addition of attack shields. heck even if it did i would rather use bot for mobs and sb or assaulter on single targets.
if you want to spend extra skill points on something you will NEVER use after 4th job instead of something that can be beneficial even if rarely then be my guest.
about half the people in that thread like PP, and the other half dont. Why does it matter anyways? Theres plenty of SP to put into each skill. You can max PP at 20, and get lvl 21 chakra.
Of course you can always take the other route, and instead of putting in PP, you can get shield mastery?
