Uhh I have a few basic criteria.
1. Physically attractive (pretty subjective). I find lots of people cute. This usually means not really fat, someone who is fairly physically active and I generally find good-looking.
2. Not dumb. I don't really feel like explaining this one in great detail.
3. Good sense of humor. She doesn't necessarily have to be hilarious, but someone who understands jokes and such at least.
4. Generally shares the same ideas I have regarding religion and politics.
5. Is sexual.
6. Some common interests. This isn't very explicitly defined because it can vary a lot.
