No. They are going to send you a message saying they will "inspect your account to study the problem that have caused the ring to disappear", but really, they didn't fix the Resistance ring yet - which affects every active player in the game, I don't see Nexon even trying to fix one player problem, unless lots of NX is involved. Sad, cold truth.

Otherwise... I guess there's no option besides dealing with it. You didn't lose any money at all and at least you should be happy you had a chance to participate the event. New players might never see a lvl 17 evolving ring in their whole mapling life.
I know what I wouldn't do. Quit.
