New rules laid out by FCC (Net Neutrality dead?)

lol - all fearmongering in there.

- ISPs now have to go through the FCC to throttle connections
- ISPs now have to be more transparent with customers over what is being throttled and why
- Businesses can pay ISPs to show preference to their packets.

I don't see how this leads to a slower SP. Maybe a bit slower? Big deal. This is small time.

This was a great choice. Regulate the ISPs and businesses.

So I'm overreacting. I hope :r I'm bad at considering the pros over the cons.
