I just went hunting. Gold Teeth don't drop more often. They drop more rarely, if anything.
The spawn of the Miner Zombies is a lot nicer (no more few zombies among lots of fly-eyes), so the total time to gather the teeth is maybe half what it used to be. Still not all that easy.
But this is an impractical idea regardless. The market will do what it will do. If you think you can get all 130+ people to agree to keep prices up, good luck. Someone in Kradia tried to get all zhelm sellers to keep the price above a certain mark. Didn't work. All it takes is one person who wants/needs to undersell everybody for quick meso, and the whole domino set falls.
If you want to make more profit off Gold Teeth, I recommend converting them to Eyes of Fire (i.e., re-doing the zak pre-quests) and selling the Eyes to the high levels who want to solo zak twice a day and can't be bothered to waste time redoing the pre-quests for the Eyes.
