Restore part of the old accuracy formula. At least let us have some buffer zone ahead of our level that allows for Accuracy to kick in instead of being totally useless. I mean seriously, why do we even have Accuracy if anything our level or below is automatically going to take a hit? And let us at least be able to have Power Guard hit everything automatically again.
