The only speculation I have is that it's a 50% chance to stun/kb. Or does that happen every time it activates?

Cause yeah, it definitely has a 50% chance of working maxed. Just a question of what that means..

It's definitely bugged right now, it hardly every activates on my friends BM...

Fiel's Restructuring translation is via Google:
lvl10 (max) -> 50% chance of shooting the enemy up to 6 people 500% damage, knockback + 4 seconds stun attackers.

So that would mean it's like a passive power knockback, with a 50% activation rate when walking into a monster. Anything -other- than then is not worthy of a 4th job skill. Right now it's like 5%~10% activation rate... hmmm... same like lvl1.... Oh, when it activates, it -always- knocks back, stuns and does damage to all monsters in-range.

So yes, it bugged.
