Not sure how he managed to get it to level 2 in one day.I think some people may have mentioned it already but only people that started the ring quest on day 1 get to lvl up their rings to lvl 1 + upgrade it to lvl 2 at the same day because they activated but didn't complete it on day 1. I've managed to get a few characters to pick up the quest in time but its seriously a pain to stay online in this game. Scania especially crashes so darn much its not even funny anymore (well I guess it is if you're not in this server heh).
