I logged off my sniper there last night, and if I try to log into it now, MS closes but the process stays up...
EDIT: I think it might be a Scania or Account issue, or maybe overall log in server issue... because I can't log into my buccaneer right now either.
I can move around Magatia on Bellocan just fine. Seems like it's either Scania or your account.
