I say just use a 70%.. More likely to work than a 60% scroll. If it fails, quit. At least that's what I would do lol. You know that the 60% can still fail after you use the White Scroll right? It takes so damn long to find White Scrolls and they're expensive as pineapple. If the 70% works, then it's all good. If it fails, you quit and save rl $ than you would have spent on NX. Besides, you will probably never be the strongest Shadower in GMS since there are other Shadowers with PE'd equips out there that they claim are legitly White-Scrolled..
If you don't want to risk blowing it up.. I'd 60% it and save the 500ish mil to try and scroll a better dagger or other equips.
