Thank god i checked this thread before buying one (not that i've been able to find one mind you), i've been searching for a Elemental Wand 1 for my Blaze Wizard, it's good thing i couldn't find one.
Yeah, someone just tested it and the elemental weapons no longer give a -% penalty to the opposite/holy elements.
JMS kept the elemental bonuses so I hope that this is just a glitch.

Some of the most reported issues are the Evan SP situation so multiple threads on the subject may help to get their
attention.
Hopefully nexon can make an announcement if it was intentional. Some players are still buying the wands at inflated prices with the big bang hype. =/
