Watched 5 seconds into the anime opening and thought to myself: "hey this reminds me of Baccano!"
10s of wikipedia and wow, it's the same writer =D he sure seems to like exclamation marks.
(just finished the series, quite awesome though I'm not sure it beats Baccano!)
