I fear that the return of the monster book is like the "BB has Vista/Win7-compatible client".
Something someone construed out of the vagueness of Nexon utterings, and everyone picked up on because, well, it just *has* to be that way, right?
Fact is, KMS removed monster book, like they removed World Tour, and neither is intended to return.
Other versions do whatever they want, however.
All other versions kept World Tour and keep adding on to it.
JMST kept Monster Book, if I understand correctly.
GMS may or may not decide to bring it back. Keeping the data in it is questionable, though. Might have to do like the quests, have a section for pre-bb monsters, and all changed ones go in new pages.
