Unscheduled Server Maintenance - 11.23.10

After the game update last night we found that many of you were experiencing unstable service, disconnecting randomly. We also found that the Gold Richie event could not be played, giving you this error message upon acceptance of the quest:

To remedy these issues, we are having an unscheduled maintenance on November 23rd. During this maintenance all servers will be unavailable for 5 hours.

We sincerely apologize for this disruption in our service.
