I bet they did not sell as much Permanent NX as they had planned. I doubt many buy multiple permanent outfits often enough compared to the 90 day swaping.

I was thinking the opposite in that they sold to many Perma items and were thinking about all the $$$$ they will lose out on in the future as people will not be buying as much stuff anymore because they have what they want.
