I guarantee it's something no one has ever tried to use fluidly to enhance control. Both because i have not ever seen it, and because most people think snatch is useless. The initial use for gathering and stun for faster mob killing is pretty much a given. The real use appears when you consider the big picture, where movement is key. That's all i can say without giving it away. xD
For training...i'd say just train at ToT or anywhere that's better in JMS. Otherwise, kill as many bosses as possible. JMS has more bosses than GMS does, so it shouldn't be TOO hard to boss for exp unless you're still having community troubles.
