If programmers are getting paid like 8$ an hour, I doubt hime is paid enough to care past the "enough to get by". In fact it wouldn't surprise me if she gave false information on purpose just to piss us off as payback for being a punching bag lol.

What I find funny that no one seems to even mention, if her mistakes were that much of a pineapple up why are her bosses letting her get away with it? Cus it aint her head, it's her bosses' and her boss probably doesnt ever have to deal with the clientale besides random 12 year olds on basil think they are bad asses cussing some poor guy on the phone. Hime give false information... Seriously.. come on now. What mistakes? Whether or not the information is correct, it is what she is told to post. Hime don't decide what information to release, she tells us what she is told to. She isn't a decision maker.
