But keep talking out of your ass DustBunny. Nexon has had years of poor customer service and you're trying to bring those things together? Please, I don't even know why I bother replying to you. I'm just going to do like Hime and not even discuss about this anymore.
The problem here is, with your customer service,you probably were given a decent amount of information to actually work with to properly tell concerned customers what's going on. And telling people things that you made up or assumed but were actually incorrect was a risk that would likely get you in trouble. And if your boss told you not to mention something to customers, you damn well better not mention it.
How do we know how -hime- has it as easy as the average customer service job? For all we know the programmers and other technical staff at Nexon might be pretty bad with english and the language barrier may be causing communication issues. Or there's some reason out of her control that she has to fail at handling situations like this? Sometimes singling a person out in a company like that just plain isn't fair cause you never know.
I've worked a retail job where corporate commanded we can't do this or that for customers, and often times customers put the blame and insults on us as if its our faults personally when there's actually reasons out of our control: I'm used to it by now but its still very irritiating. Odds are you only got singled out forcalling her an idiot cause it sounds very similar to that scenario, nothing more nothing less.
