What a joke post, you're honestly going to bring up Customer Service and Nexon in the same discussion? You're obviously the one who doesn't have a clue. I'm pretty sure I've worked in 4 different jobs in customer service before and I'm absolutely sure you don't hang up the phone on your customers nor keep them misinformed or tell them there won't be anymore discussions about this certain issue anymore and that they don't want to hear about it anymore. That's like calling your cable company and telling them your cable has been shut down and they respond with, thanks for informing me for the potential issue, but we won't be discussing with you on the matter anymore nor do we want any discussions at all about it, BYE.
