How would you pick Tespia participants?

Hell why future tespia's? Just hold it up for a week and if they didn't report it they lose the opportunity. In fact, the first 3 days if a player does not report it, then they shouldn't participant in the present or future.

My wording is probably bad. In short:

-Fake (but still have some content for the patch), but short Tespia. Used to test players' reporting.
-If players pass the test, they will have access to the "full" tespia.

Waste resources to create a Tespia Tespia? Their method has been working fine, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
