Yeah the extremely high level caps people have set (like 120+) is not necissary in my opinion. Just because somebody is a high level doesn't mean they will be a mature tester, and other way around. I do agree though that if you invite a bunch of level 20s then your obviously not going to get good testers, but 120+ is a bit extreme. Also the however many hours in a day? That's just ridiculous. ;-;'

*Level 60 and higher
*Must have logged on once (or more) a week for the past 2months.
*No history of ban or anything of the sort
I wish I could say be over the age of 15 but there is a bunch of 8 year olds with fake 20 year old accounts so, whatever I s'pose.
