Random suggestion: I think they should open Tespia for 24 hours(or maybe shorter. 12 hours? 6?), available to everyone. Nexon should purposely make a glitch(an OBVIOUS one) or whatever, testing players to see if they would actually report. All who do not report it should be expelled for "real" Tespias in the future.
And, well, if there are still too many testers, perhaps they should continue making mini tespias and making more glitches less and less obvious so the more observant ones get accepted?
