How would you pick Tespia participants?

I think the main problem is that the average player, high-leveled or not, would rather play around with Big Bang than hunt for bugs. If they could do it without screwing up accounts, I'd like to see Nexon try out some sort of reward system where legitimate tickets could be worth meso/NX. It's not an ideal solution, but it might be their only one.
