To be perfectly honest, girls have started to flirt with me much more often now that I'm the "sarcastic jackass" as opposed to back when I was the cute nice boy with the compliments. I'm never serious about it; I always say "JUST KIDDING!!" and so on, but for some reason girls always love the guy who's a jerk.
Looks aren't always prominent either (they are a lot of the time, but not all the time), I've seen plenty of girls go for the ugly jackasses as well. For example, one of my ex's is with a guy who's cheated on her for a grand total of seven times with seven different girls (could be more), she even KNOWS that he's done it, but she refuses to leave him for god knows what reason. He verbally harasses her constantly as well.
Then again.. she could be just an idiot.
